Covered Single Slip Aluminum Dock 24’x26’ Available: October 2024 Covered, single slip aluminum dock built ~2010 with a 4’x40’ aluminum ramp. Boat dock dimensions are 24’x26’ with a 20’x10’ boat slip under a 24’x18’ hip-roof. Both dock and ramp features Ipe hardwood decking. Dock has a 12’ wide side on the right, a 4’ narrow finger on the left side of boat slip and a 4’ connector. Dock includes 5 step vertical ladder. Located on Lake Lanier. Buyer will be responsible for permitting, moving, transportation, installation, and any other costs associated with the dock for its new location. Sold as is.
