Coming soon: Dual slip 32' x 28' Galvanized truss dock - Includes two 10' x 24' slips, 4' head pier, and 4' fingers. Reverse gable roof over entire dock. Pressure treated wood decking. Dock bumpers and cleats. One 4000 lb lift included. Spotlight with switch. Various hooks and PVC tubing for mounting tubes, paddle boards, kayaks, and equipment. Fixed ladder. Dock box, PWC ports and gangway not included. Roof was recently hit by tree limbs so all roof sheet metal to be replaced prior to sale.
